Delivery and pickup details will be communicated at the time of ordering.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Azalea Field Flowers is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or failure to receive an order at the agreed time.

  • Once flowers are delivered or picked up, responsibility for care transfers to the customer.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products:

  • Fresh flower sales are final

  • Deposits for custom orders, events, and weddings are non-refundable

Custom floral designs for weddings and events require advance planning and preparation.

  • Design details, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in written proposals or agreements

  • Retainers/deposits secure dates and are non-refundable
